Peal off that plug, fill er up, and plug it back up. I thought the plug was weird but it seems effective enough... Also for someone who asked above, use the cheap gear oil and change it often, this way your more protected than a fancy syntehetic.

i always use ATF+4 with my tranny and t-case, alot of people also run 90wt in their t-case.

It doesnt matter how cold it is outside, when you start driving the diff fluid will heat up to operating temp fast. unless you live somewhere where it is constantly below -20 or -30 degrees i wouldnt worry about it.

With your oil i wouldnt cheap out, go with full synthetic instead of high mileage. The extra 10$ on better oil will save you alot of money farther on down the road. Just my .02

Seized bolts ande we don't get along very well lol. The plugs shouldn't break off right? Mine are socket heads
