Default Dex Jeeps?

Dex Jeeps, anyone follow this guy's stuff on YouTube? Just a couple days into looking through his videos and I'm questioning what I've been doing this whole time. Guy has things figured out!

Ooo yeah I've been watching his stuff for awhile now, good info!I can appreciate the fact that he takes an interest in doing what he does.He is trying to spread good information to those that always ask the same questions about 4.0's in all year ranges.

I'm just surprised there isn't more talk about him on this forum.

Hes only been doing youtube for a couple years now though hes been doing his "Dex" stuff for much longer. Its too bad he wasnt sharing his knowledge sooner.

I caught a video recently where they were retiring marks old xj and starting anew ZJ with its guts. The routine setup of bracing, plating and integrading specific factory style parts and the custom bits is Very interesting. Let alone the standalone harness setup. As he would explain to some degree they aren't great at video documenting much of the actual work and it's really just credited to who grabs the camera and points it in the right direction.

I suppose there is something to appreciate there though - they are more focused on building the new jeep together than they are getting time in front of the camera, can't say I fault them for that

He's pretty active on Cherokee Facebook Groups - seems like a really stand-up guy. He reminds me of dudes I grew up with too, which is welcoming.

Have to check this out; the channels I used to watch & enjoy all sold their souls to the great WJ god, but having had one, I really don't know why.

It's hard not to like a guy with 850+ Cherokees! His videos are always informative and entertaining.

No wonder you don't see them on the road so much now - & finding parts is getting more difficult.

sounds interesting. I'm a fan of old jeeps and I found info about different jeep models on the website. The iconic design of old Jeeps, with their boxy shapes and rugged lines, has a timeless appeal. They are instantly recognizable and evoke a sense of nostalgia. Many old Jeeps have become collectible items, with certain models and years being particularly sought after by enthusiasts. They provide a unique driving experience and a sense of connection to automotive history that modern vehicles often lack.

Has anyone bought the 'bag of fuses and relays' from Dex's website? Did you feel it was worth it? I don't have any spare fuses and like everything else even fuses are hit and miss now days (for an example of how bad:

).

Have not bought a bag myself but I can say entry to a you wrench yard is ~$2 around Michigan and you can pocket fuses and relays all you want.
my only concern with the Dex bag would be how long the jeep sat in weather before they were removed.
