Default Custom headliner and matching subwoofer enclosure

Bought this 1994 XJ Sport Auto 2WD for my stepson. The headliner was sagging so we replaced it with an urban camo fabric I found online. He asked for some speakers for Christmas so I built a matching subwoofer box.

I followed this guys advice as far as headliner installation goes, I even applied a fiberglass resin before gluing the fabric. It was not easy, applying the fabric after rolling out the contact cement definitely took two people. The sound bar was tricky to wrap with the fabric lots of litle cuts, it has some imperfections but its a camo pattern so you can't tell unless you are studying it. I am happy with the result. I did the headliner back on Easter sunday and its still holding strong. I built the speaker cab last month. I designed the box using AutoCAD, I have the prints available if anyone wants to use the design. I was originaly going to just buy a box, but my wife suggested using the leftover fabric to make a matching enclosure..good idea on her part..my stepson loves it...I think i actually like it better than my vehicle to be honest.

The fabric was purchased from http://www.vtarmynavy.com/ , it was an urban camo pattern that they carried, but i don't see it available on their site anymore.

that looks so good!! mine is barely sagging but i may redo it anyways after seeing this. how did you remove the soundbar? i have the same one in the rear and have looked at it and don't see any mounting screws. and did you buy fabric with the padding on the back or just cloth?
