Default Custom Cherokee Dash

Has anyone built or seen any custom dash set ups in a xj before. I am thinking of either buying a fiberglass dash or building a sheet metal one. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on this. And for all those people that like to ask why people do things , I am pulling the old one out to install a new one because the old ones busted and cracked and im over looking at the POS thing. I have all new gauges and everything so im pretty much ready just want to see what you folks think...

I've seen sheet metal dashes here before. Can't remember where though.

I'd go fiber glass, build a custom one you can do some really cool stuff with it if you're creative

I think it's fine in here bro, your bouncing around ideas rather then asking technical and how to questions, I would put money on it that of you posted in the advanced tech they would say it belongs in chat.. Brush it off

I have seen it done on old Wranglers but sure it could be done in an XJ. A diamond plate dash with round gages like autometer or something similar. Larger tach and speedo and then a few smaller ones in a row for other stuff. Then some red toggle switches for lights, temp. etc. That would look cool but I guess it also depends on what your rig looks like. And it would be a lot of work.
