Hey guys, doing a flush, using the method in the admiral offroad video (undo lower rad hose, flush through rad cap, then through upper rad hose).

I have a 95 so there is an hcv valve...

the water wont flow through the upper radiator hose...i let the engine get warm enough to open the t-stat still no flow, nothing draining from lower hose....just backing out the upper rad hose...no overheating issues so i know the t-stat is operating properly...

is this due to the hcv not opening up?
