Console style
What kind of stock console style do you have in your Cherokee? I have the "mini" style typically found in a bench seat MJ... I don't think I have come across another XJ equipped this way.

thats the same thingive got, i think all manual tranny models came with that center consol..... its useless i hate it! i keep looking for a arm rest one that has the heat tube in it ohhhh yeahh!

Actually I don't think that is necessarily true.... apparently the "mini" console was more popular on the fleet/police type XJs. Mine was neither but still optioned that way. Mine is however a low optioned Sport... so that may have something to do with it.

I've got the AX 15 but the larger full console.
it was in my xj for about 2 weeks since i bought it. been working on the floor pans and other misc crap while the carpet has been out.
edit: I'm riding a 96 sport if thats relevant to you

I have an 86 Lerado that used to have a 5 speed. It had the full console. Same for an 85 Lerado I used to have.
