Common problems, cherokees 88-94

hi i am looking to buy a cherokee from 88-94. most of them i am looking at already have lifts, big tires etc. just wondering if you could give me some tips on what to look at and check when looking at the jeep. thanks alot!

Model: Cherokee

Engine: 4.0L upgraded charging system & blue top, flowmaster 44, hi flow cat and two core rad.

91+ 4.0L are high output and have a open cooling system, 87-90 have a renix injection system. I believe in 92 they switched to a nondiscounect front axle. So a 92-94 with a 8.25 rear axle would make a good candidate.
