Clutch fan...
I'm assuming my clutch fan is bad die to the fact it works only when incited start my jeep up in the morning until it reaches about 2000 rpm. After that seems like it never engages. At red lights, drive thru i start to over heat. With my hood open the fan is turning but if I give it some gas it seems to not spin any faster? When off I can grab the fan and move it. Any other ways to figure if it's bad or not? By the way brand new water pump, thermostat, radiator, coolant temp sensor, and water housing

Normal temp around 210 or slightly lower. But if I stop for a min or two it will rise to the point were my electric fan kicks on, but no sound of clutch fan
