My wifey finally gave me the go ahead on chopping our xj, since we have our own DDs. My jeep is a 98 4 door. I want to fab a tailgate for the build, but really hoping to use a Comanche gate and working it in. I think I've seen and followed just about every chop build, but don't recall a Comanche tailgate on a newer cherokee. So my question is, has anyone seen/or done a Comanche gate on the newer body cherokee? Or at least have some helpful tips to doing so?
