Im not sure if he sold it or not but the only thing that comes to mind is that if he did why didnt he sell it to me?

I know he was talking about selling it and had a buyer lined up a while back but apparently didn't go through with it. I know I'd take it off his hands in a heart beat.

Same here, you just dont see that type of quality work to often
