anyone know or is a mechanic in the chicago area that can install a 3" kit with charging an arm and a leg or my first unborn child lolim trying to keep everything under $1,000 but most the mech say they wanna charge like $600 just to install

DO IT YOURSELF........ If you can't fix and or mod you own Jeep, leave it stock. If you ever plan to take if off of the pavement, you'd better know how to fix it. The best way to gain that knowledge is to install ALL aftermarket parts yourself. The only things you should pay to have done are thing like gears, motors and transmissions, due to special tools required and skills. A lift can be installed with a $50 tool set in a weekend.
