Cherokee Rumors Laid to Rest

just a quick question about this so we can clarify
would better atomization cause the fuel particles to be "finer" ( laymans terms) allowing to get a better A/F mix causing a better burn thus creating more power, in return needing less fuel for the same amount of energy? ( better MPG/increased power but not a HUGE improvement just a small one) feel free to delete this to stay on topic

If you want a shock buy a oil filter cutter and cut open a few used ones not all brands are the same. The 3 i seen have the oil pressure problems starting the filters where full of gunk. One was only on the car a week the other two maybe 2 months.I'll stick to napa gold, wix or even motorcraft.

Great thread...Have to add a little more of my experiance on the whole no sway bar deal.
Pulled sway bars off the xj and i can truthfully say i could not even tell that they were off...it has very little if any body roll.
Pulled the ones of my zj, and the thing has a ton of body roll...not like it may roll over body roll, but pretty bad.
From what i found out it has to do more with what shocks you are running...the zj has stock shocks and the xj has OME shocks which are much stiffer so therefore giving less body roll.

It was not as easy as it was alluded to in most descriptions.
Also, I must be a little guy.
Do you ever drive on the interstate?

Mythbusters did this, you pee doesnt create a constant stream to complete a circuit.

I've gone up to 150 before, but i'm scared to even hit 80 in my XJ. It's not meant for it dude.

idk about you but my jeep gets alittle scary at 70+, big tires dont like going that fast and usually there is wind that pushes me around. Not to mention my steering is alittle different after each trip to park. Going fast in a lifted box is just not fun.
Shocks dampen sudden jolts to the suspension, springs is what holds the body square to the axles. My suspension is soft yet i run stiffer shocks to better control weight when Im constantly moving. I get lots of body roll w/o the sway bar yet can feel every bump in the road and trail, which is a small price to pay to prevent the jeep from bouncing down the road fully loaded to the roof

not the jeep. I purpose built a summer rod for filling in the go fast, go sideways, lift wheels void the jeep leaves lol
