Question Cherokee Help

I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and my a/c and radio go off together and then come back on together. I have no codes at all and have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Sounds like a ground issue or a loose connection to me. Best bet is to get a bright flash light and do some looking around under the dash and see if you can find anything loose or corroded. you may also need to unscrew and remove the kick panel trim to check the connectors behind that.

There is a 7.5 amp fuse under the dash in the junction block (fuse box) that controls power to the radio and power outlets and other dash functions. You may be able to check this fuse with a test light and see if you have power, this might help you to break down the circuit and pin point the problem....

Does it happen when you hit a bump or something?
Check that fuse to make sure it is continuous. Sometimes they break and there is a loose piece in there that makes intermittent contact.

Pull the cover off of the steering column and look at the long flat connector on the ignition switch. Look too see if the pink/black wire has a fried terminal. The dealer will have a repair harness that you splice in, and you may want to replace the switch too.
