Well i retract my idea the rack never survived not even part of it (thank god it was cheap)

So i will be taking my design and do it out of metal and a welder lol and to be honest i have no idea why i even thought it would work lol

 

have you ever thought about making one out of some old bed rails for the frame of a rack

 

What about chain link gate frames?

 

i was just going to mention that. i just built mine a few weeks ago out of chain link gate frames. didnt even have to weld it. i need to find a better way to mount mine though because the u bolts im using look ugly.

As for fencing materials galvanized metals and welding i heard give off toxic gas (not sure if this is true)

 

Rivet them or some self tapping screws would work pretty good. Saw it some where and they said it was pretty sound.

 

Not really toxic but it makes you feel like ***. Milk helps.

Good ventilation helps more.
