I looked for a thread but couldn't find one so sorry if there's a similar thread out there. I have a 2001 cherokee and the engine is on its last leg(cracked head) but i need to keep her driving until i can replace the engine. so i need to adjust the idle speed so she dosnt stall quite so often.

 

Tie a string from the square where the throttle cable goes through to where it connects to the throttle body.

 

i guess i was asking do you change it Manually or electronically?
