Not a big deal at all really, small work to swap the rear axle out.... As long as you get it for the right price!

Nothing to it. 8.25 is a direct swap.

I'd be much more concerned with it's physical and mechanical condition than it's options.

Yeah, that's way over priced.

Whew, looking at your area's craigslist they're all overpriced.

Just as soon as you over pay or buy a pile of crap, there will be all kinds of clean XJs everywhere for cheap.

Don't see why not being a Sport is a problem.

I have a Limited and really like it.

As long as it's mechanically working well, it might be worth it. You can always swap axles later on.

Physically looking at Cherokees or surfing the web? It's kind of like searching for a new job, just e-mailing resumes doesn't get you very far. If you don't know what to look for in a used vehicle pop $100 to have it inspected, could save a lot of heartache down the road.

Fly here, buy this one, drive back.

Spend the same amount of money and get the free experience of drive across the country.

Put 300 miles on my car test drove 3 and looked several different ones. Just haven't found one that meets my fancy. I more or less know what I am keeping a eye out for

The longer you look and the harder you look the better one you will find.
