Bushwacker mounting ideas... ?

Ok, so I mounted the bushwackers on my xj exactly as the manual said. But some of the screws have already stripped out.. I am thinking that I might try using drywall anchors or something similar to mount them. Anyone else tried something similar or have any other ideas to sturdy em up?

I was planning on using some of the things frank mentioned for a couple of my screws.
Just a side note, you might want to cut out the inside part of the flares, so you can tuck your tires up higher in the wheel well- I did and I have another 3+" of room before hitting the inner fender.
