Default bumper driving lights

I am wanting to install lights in the bumper of my XJ. About 3" to 3 1/2" light. I have seen it a couple of times like that. I am not sure how to mount them. I would like to get some ideas (pictures) of what both inside and outside of the bumper would look like.

For such a small size for a decent light your options would be a Piaa 510 (4") , Light force 140's or a LED light like a Rigid Dually or D2
