I know my XJ was originally a US Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) but I'm trying to decipher some of the build sheet. If I cut and paste post it, do you guys think you can figure any of it out ?

When I first looked at this sheet (provided by Chrysler) I noticed a couple of things. I always knew I was the third owner and it used to be a fleet vehicle and I saw State of Washington (where I live) and State of Michigan specs on the sheet. I know it's not a Michigan vehicle because there is not a spot of rust on it and the previous owner was local as well. I researched the Washington records but they only go back 6 years.
My questions are basically about drive train and suspension options if there are any.

I see the "heavy duty" words thrown around on suspension, oil and cooling systems and I'm assuming they mean something but I'm not sure if it's a 3 core rad, and extra leaf in the pack ? IDK LOL

 

how many leafs in your pack? stock ones are 4 leafs.

What i find odd it list Power Rack and Pinion Steering,But most fleet owned vehicles are always the bare bones basic trim because of the price.So i doubt you have any extra options besides the base model stuff.

 

Well it came with skid plates and a 20 gal. fuel tank. It says a D30 front but what is the 175MM rear axle?

 

I think the 175mm rear is the dana 35. But don't hold me to it.

 

That's what Google tells me. What I can't find it what exactly it's measuring though. 6.88"? 3.07 ratio ring gear looks like, but the build sheet says 3.55?

Or a easier way do you have abs or not?If you have abs you have a dana 35 if non abs you have a chryler 8.25 in it.
