Thanks 884x4. I guess my biggest concern is the cost of re-gearing. Is there anybody in my local that can do this at a budget rate? My local 4wheel shop charges $100 / hr.!!! I know this is a young rich kid's sport, but you see, with me it's a JEEP thing. I'm hooked. It's no good trying to give it up. I'd die...
Help, I need a gear head. I'm not lazy (maybe a little), just old. ANYONE NEED A JOB ?

If you are pacient and know how to turn a wrench and know how to not just get it "good enough" and more like "it's perfect" you can set your own gears.
Hell man, I diddnt know the first thing about wrenching 2 years ago but this past spring I set my own gears and swapped my motor. If your up to it do it yourself.
I'm not rich by any means( just a college kid that lives with his parents and has a job that pays well) but I'm never going to pay shop prices so I have to do all my own crap
