That could be for a variety of reasons...
First thing I'd check for is warped rotors. Then I'd take a look at all steering/suspension components for any warn parts.
Is your front sway bar connected?

So things are BREAKing every time you slow down? Man that's weird. Normally I just brake.

Engine: 4.0L with throttle body spacer and cold air intake, bored throttle body, #784 injector upgrade
Mine does the same... everything is still attached and in proper working order. I replaced the caliper on the right side and it solved it for a little while.
