Go to the Google play store....it's a preloaded app already. Then type in the app you want to find it. Then just download and open.

lmao that's rough dude. You need the play store though. Just sit there and play with the phone until you figure it out. That's all you can really do.

 

Find anyone under the age of 20 / hand them phone and tell em what ya need. BAM

You're still gonna have to learn how the app works / runs, so might as well figure out how to load it as well. It's literally like 2-3 clicks.

I believe the reason why iphones are so popular is because of their ease of use. Everything's mapped out very well on those phones vs an android operating system. I've gone back and forth between both and can navigate them equally but it's easy to see why most people use Iphones.
