Here in Michigan we just received our first Blizzard of 2011. I'd like the peeps on the forum to share their pics of the snow fall they received at their house. Just open the door, snap a pic, and share it with us;

I would have but it was dark when I had to leave for work. My supervisor called me last night and said everyone should come in last night and stay the night cause of the storm. Told him If I can't make it in an ambulance has no chance f going anywhere so it won't matter. I'll head out and get when soon.

I live in Racine wi. Some places reported 23.5 inches of snow. I had a 5 ft snow drift on the side of my house, two 8 ft snow drifts against the house in the back yard and 6 ft all along my back fence. I tried to drive home after work on the 1st and said screw it, got a motel, got snowed into the motel. didnt want to pay an extra day so as soon as the parking lot was plowed I made my 34 mile trek home......It looked like the apocolypse.....abandoned cars everywhere. Snow plows pulling out trapped snow plows......made it to Racine....couldn't drive within a half mile of my house. Circling and circling around the area trying to get as close as I could I managed to park in a factory parking lot and walked about a half mile in knee deep snow. I'll try to get some pics up later but this has been crazy. The plows cant even get to my street because of cars parked on the side of the road. LOL, my wife and kid went to a friends house and cant even get their cars out of the garage because of 4-5 ft snow drift piled up ......! have 1 beer and no smokes......grrrrr

The one with the yard stick was tuesday afternoon before it really started snowing and blowing. The other one was this morning walking back home after burying the xj. We to have 5 foot+ snow drifts in the yard and across the road.
