Id say try some K9P or PU-55Y but Im not sure that will do what you need it to do.

Haha this is all around school.. Someone could have a problem not even relating to blinkers and someone will say "Did you check your blinker fluid?' hahaha

I hear pneumatic fluid works well in any tempature.
