With the first lift and 31's and...

More like he sits now, just a little bit lower. Since then I added ACOS to the front, JKS BPE's front and back and BDS 5" rear leafs. Sitting at about 5.5" in front and 6 or 7" in back on 32's. I really like the look now, maybe I can get a driveway shot in here but no poser shots til I install new brake lines.

That's kinda what I did, but I guess it went: stock-> 3.5"-> 4"-> 6/7". My problem is that I have really heavy bumpers front and back and had to just go up to keep any lift at all.

that is my current concern with bumpers. my front coils are soft and i dont want to have to change them out yet or add a bigger spacer. my rear sits pretty stout so im thinking a heavier bumper will make the rear ride hard.

You might look into just putting tow hooks on for now, or there is always the guy who posted above us (I think) with the link to the detours website. They have winch mounts that utilize your stock bumper. Would be much lighter than a full bumper. Or just run what you got. Honestly, I rarely use my winch, but if I was going to buy a bumper (for better front clearance) I was going to get one with the winch mount so I wouldn't have to buy it again.
