Iv been running 33" BFG KM2's for 2 year and love them. I'm planning going to 35's...I mostly ride trails, rock crawl and drive to work every now & then.

Ohh God... you're gonna find 20 posts of opinions...
I noticed in your sig your from KY... I've been there briefly... but most people haven't on this site...
You need to explain your wheelin intentions/conditions... and what axles are you running..
BTW i hate the new MTRS

I have run KM2's and MT/R kelvars. I would take the kevlars hands down, in every terrain. A buddy of mine runs the LTB's, and they are great on the trail but awful on the road, my vote is for the MT/R's. I live in Ohio and I'm very familiar with Kentucky wheelin

KM2s never impressed me. kevlars are doing really well, but i've seen a few odd sidewall punctures. LTBs suck, they were designed in the 60s. theyre tough but thats about it.
oh, and i'd get a set of MTZs.

BFG's are great at the mall.
Ltb's will go places the other two won't. Horrid on the street and pricy.
Kevlar's are tough to beat for road and of road performance.
I am in the same boat. And its boggers or irocks for me.

Well the LTB's r out of the question now...I'm prolly going to go with the kevlars just bc I haven't ran them yet...but what is so wrong with the km2? Iv had them for 2 years & with almost 20k on them and they r still half tread and they do great offroad my only problem with them is they don't get very sticky when u spin them. Does the kevlars get sticky?

That's a bit of an odd comparason. Two radials and one bias tire. Offroad the LTB bias will walk over anything the other two spin on but will wear very fast on pavement. I personally hate the new MT/Rs and haven't seen them do worth a s*** in the trails in the South. The KM2s are the baby sister to the Krawler and seem to be a good compromise for street and trail. Keep in mind they run a good inch or more smaller than what they say on the sidewall.

I have to say, I have never been impressed at all by KM2's. They are terrible in mud(they don't clean out), and sure, they do pretty good in the rocks, until you blow the sidewall. MT/R's for the win

I have been in rigs with all 3 and I wasn't impressed with the km2's, the ltb's were pretty good on the trail but road manners were horrible, and the mt/r's all round were the better of the 3... but my vote is for the best all round tire is definitely mtz's, heat up well on rocks and clean out in the mud, and have worn well on road (minus needin a front end alignment at one point haha) runnin 35 mtz's on Cherokee and soon as my tsl's wear out I'll be throwin some 37 mtz's on the CJ... just my $0.02, but for the poll mt/r's
