I pulled my toasted aw4 today and found my mystery vibe that i had over bumps and hard corners...the trans mount rotted and I was able to pull it off with a 2 finger pull ...so i figure new poly motor/trans mounts will be best replacement with my set up . I also have a ...free... pre h.o. aw4 if anyone wants it , As I found out when getting ready to mount new-ish aw4 the connectors looked wrong after un taping them ,so I removed plastic and counted output splines ...21...I could smack the guy who sent it , but oh well plenty 23 spline 99-2001 aw4 around ,but I really was looking forward to getting it done today and playing next week .

i have my poly tranny mount from rustys, it will vibe a little at idle but nothing annoying, unless you have loose interior panels, which you'll find that out quickly haha

Oh I'm not the least bit concerned with vibration of poly vs rubber ,but I read a few posts about some aftermarket poly motor mounts not fitting the driver side mount without cutting to fit despite them being made for the XJ ,so I'm just asking around since I'd rather get a set that does not require a trim job to fit .
