Default Best afford rear bumper?

i am looking into getting a new rear bumper since my mom ran over my stock one when i have it off to put lift on. i wanna get a new one with a tire rack put they run atleast $1000 and i am not looking to spend that yet. i still need to get lights, rock sliders, sye, diff guards, skid guards, new paint etc.

is there any rear bumper for a 2000 Xj that anyone recommend that is a good price and good quality.
