Why dont u call them back instead of u waiting for them... Idk if its the pics or what but the holes look fine to me, if the dont line up drill them.out a little not a big deal. Iv dealt with rc tons of times and nvr had a single problem and they were always willing to help me out. 2 days they dont contact u back? The do have a large business to run and probly can't get to everyone right away. Try picking up the phone and calling them tomorrow..

If they tell you it's a jeep thing and that JEEPS are not all the same "built cheep " I have heard it from them that is why they built a shackle relocator kit for there short rear springs....under load my 4.5 springs are all most 2" shorter than RE 4.5 springs and you are right never again with Rough Country there customer service SUCKS

I will tell you Dave told me my jeep was the problem and gave me some stupid *** fix for the rear springs, I tried them non the less NO change. He(Dave) told me that Rubicon Express springs are made at the same foundry as RC and would be the same.RE springs are about 1.25 " longer under the same load as RC are on my XJ . Both are 4.5 lift springs I took the 4.5 RE springs off another XJ just to see, yes a lot of work to prove a point but what can I say I bought one set of springs that I cant use. And as far as Jason GRIMIS go's he told me he just sells on here and does not much care for CF ....So with that said never again RC keep your band aids

Dude it's not anybody's fault but the machine's. Just be very nice with them when you call them back. They will help as much as they can if you are nice to them. But if you get an answer you don't like don't flip out just try to work it out calmly you know.

I'd get the grinder out and make those holes a little bigger, and bolt that thing up.

Ditto. If you need the Jeep that bad, make it work. A whole extra 5 minutes or so....
