bush hackers look ghey haha. the flat style are ok but they're all so damn pricey

i would just do 31s on stock suspension, on black rims if you can swing it. just trim the parts that rub and call it a day. you can do the lift later but tire are where you will get the most "rugged looking"

I'm 17, work a part time job and pay my insurance and gas. You can do it, every dollar put towards my jeep has been mine. It's 4.5 with 32's and winch and winch bumper. Just spend your money wisely.

yeah and what's the beefy part exactly?

Honestly look around craigslist. I got a Rusty's 3.5" full pack that was only a year old with RE drop brackets with the RE super flex fixed upper and lower control arms for $280 and a set of five 31" over 50% tread life BF Goodrich K/Os for $250, I then bought a set of 1.25" spacers so my stock wheels which I like won't rub for $100 off ebay, I did it all at my friends house which took about two full days. For $630 that's about as cheap you're going to get for a 3" new(er) lift and wheels. It gets pricey. In my opinion though if you're not going to be wheeling and just looking for looks I'd get some 2" BB off ebay with a shackle and spacer, cut the fender, cut and fold the back wheel well, buy some wheel spacers, and find a pair of 31" tires off craigslist and call it a day

The standard big lift and big tires, isn't that the "beef" most people are looking for?

yeah it has the beefy "look" I guess. but when you put your pic on display as "beef" like that it's really tempting to rip on you.

Here is what your Jeep will look like with a 3.5" Rubicon Express lift , Bilstein 5100 shocks, 31" tires on 15x8 rims with 3.75 back spacing . and with some armor

Honestly that is defiantly going to be my first step and then i will start thinking about lifts after.

Do a re 3.5 and 33s-35s It will look badass and ride good. For sure cut the front and rear fenders though, don't worry about bump stopping if your not gonna take it off road

Rustys sells a 3 inch kit with everything you need for a decent price
