Default Battery for Cherokee

Hye all,
Im new here and im from Malaysia. Just want to seek all the opinion in this forum. My mother in law drive a cherokee 4.0 but i didnt know what is the exact model. My mother in law is not very good in vehicle part and she is in some distance from me. Now, her car is broke down and cant start.
My question is, if she want to change the battery, what kind of battery or size is suitable with her car?

Thank you.

KL should have plenty of automotive repair shops

The battery size is a Group-34 battery, any of those shops should have a similar sized battery. When in doubt, get the largest one you can fit.

You should have a shop check the alternator for proper operation as well - if the alternator is bad a new battery will not really help.
