I'm fairly certain my fuel injectors are going out, but I heard from a good jeeping friend of mine that some mustang injectors will work. can anyone fill me in?

Some Ford and Chrysler injectors will work. being that you have a '98, you need to determine which style electrical connection your injectors have - EV1 or EV6. Just type "injectors" in the tech section search for more info. Lots of threads on it.
