my frame rails are pretty rotted is there a frame i can put my drive train in to make a buggy style vehicle

 

Check around pirate4x4 in the vendor section they have some tube chassis premade but would cost you a pretty penny and be a ton of work. You could swap your engine into a wrangler or another Cherokee with a bad engine.
