Aw4 transmission install issues

Aw4 transmission install issues
Hello, I have purchased a aw4 transmission from the junkyard and had installed it on my 97 xj but the connectors that run from the speed sensor are differen then the one in the engine bay. I was wondering what options I have to fix this. Like splicing the wires possibly? Thank you!

I am not sure what year. I didn't ask when I bought it. I told the guy it was for a 97' but the plug coming off the side with the speed sensors was different so I did research and found out they're different depending on the year. But I also read people cut and splice the wires. I'm not sure what wires tho.
