Default Auto to Manual the correct and easy way?

very rear 5 Speed cherokee and many here ask how to do it there is no problems finding the parts but we need the way or if any body do it before !!

Any body here can give us the easy clear way and what we need exactly to transfer the AW4 To the NV3550

Hard and $$ but worth it

Thanks

crappy ? in which way ?

I don't think so
I use it for 2 years now and more than 60k hard miles with a total of 220 miles no major problem clutch was bad change it and its like new every time.

The big reason for the NV is tall 1st gear with up hells no problem with ax you need to change it to 2nd shorter gears also the best MPG

The NV3550 is a perfectly fine transmission. I would say the AX15 is a bit more bomb proof but it's clunky. I'm sure the NV is more accurate and smooth regarding its shifting mechanics.

Yeah, I too have heard that the AX15 is a better transmission.
