I'm running 50%veg 50%diesel with no mods at all. The 2.5 VM engine is ideal for running veg, in the summer months I do an 80/20 veg mix. The higher diesel percentage is needed in the winter to stop the veg oil blocking the fuel filter when cold although the heated fuel filter on the cherokee also helps stop this. MPG is pretty much the same as regular diesel but it runs a lot smoother on the veg.

I've got a buddy that uses waste oil to make biodiesel and I run it in my Cummins tow rig most of the time. And it doesn't smell like french fries and my mpg stayed at around 20 pulling my jeep.

I've got a buddy that processes wvo and runs it in his duramax, seems to run pretty good, makes your mouth water when you smell it. I won't run it in my Cummins, fuel system parts are out the roof for that thing.

yupp, works great for a crankcase lubricant.

Smells better than regular oil, and its way cheaper.

I just filter it through a 2 micron fuel filter and dump it in.

Depends on which Cummins you have. I have run waste motor oil in my 12valve but the 24s are much more picky.
