The bumper itself looks like a Warrior Products bumper (just the basic box shape, and slight upturns on the sides). But they don't currently list any options that look like the top part. Also the d-ring mounts on the warrior page look round, and your picture they look angled (but that could possibly be just older vs. newer).

oye. carriage bolts? seems like a decent bumper for the price. i would ditch those carriage bolts and get an actual machine bolt of the grade 8 variety.
