Any members running wheels other then Soft 8's??
I am new here, but all I see is the Soft 8's on the Cherokees. Im NOT hating on them what so ever!!! I love them. Im just curious what other wheels you guys got the rubber wrapped to... I did see a set of Pro Stars on a Jeep in one of the threads and it was BA, I cant seem to find it anymore.. Im Just looking for other photo's of Jeeps with the different kinds of wheels. Trying to get an idea of what direction I want to go!! Im also looking at customizing my stock steel sport wheels, If anyone has modified them or customized them, Id like to se pics of them as well...
TIA
Phill
EDIT- Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if not mod, please move it

Im currently on stock Eccos until i get lifted, then I have Ravines to mount. Personally, i think Jeep has made some nice wheels over the years, so im gonna stick with OEM.

I think the S8's are so popular because, 1: They look good and 2: Theyre dirt cheap.
Im running factory rims that I painted black, but when I lift her Ill be putting on the S8's too. Low price plus good looks equals almost unbeatable.

I did the Soft 8 thing when I had 31" rubber. I also used to run these steelies: Cragar Simulated beadlocks. Great looking, tough as heck, but too heavy for me to lift with 33s. Also they fill up with water when it rains (causing rust on the bolts), and they pack with mud offroad ... so I sold them.
Now I run these - American Racing Outlaw2 - aluminum painted black. Much lighter, love the look of them but they seem to get chewed up on the rocks a lot.
I've run these in the past - looked horrible even after I painted them black. Don't know the name, but AR brand.

I run the stocker aluminum 10 hole wheels. I have been for 6 years of hard wheeling on 33s, now.
