So for about two months I've had this high pitched whine coming from the front drivers side wheel. I noticed that as soon as I turn right, the noise begins. It stops when I'm going slower than about 15mph, anything above that it does it. I've looked at it and can't find anything wrong with the bearing or anything, so I took it to a mechanic, had him drive it then look at it, and he can't find anything either! I did notice that the wheel that causes the noise has more break dust and dirt on it. They are all new brakes as well. Attached is the YouTube video I uploaded for you guys to hear. Any advice is appreciated, because I really want this fixed. Thanks guys!

 

I didn't watch the vid but you said "new brakes" are the pads new or are the rotors new? Or both? If the rotor is warped or worn unevenly and the pads are new it could be rubbing, ... Which is bad.
I'm also reconsidering your wheel bearing statement. Take it apart and repack the bearing with some new grease and see if that helps. Or just get new bearings. Replacing a bearing intact and replacing one on the side of the road when the case has been destroyed is a HUGE difference.

 

honestly I'm about to just buy a whole new hub assembly, and if it doesn't stop the noise then it's obviously the rotor. I can easily return the hub it has a 90 warranty. The pads are new, the rotor is also new..ish. It has a little rust, more than the rest. It might just be the rotor, I thought of that too because of the fact that it starts doing it when I turn right.
