Adjustable control arms

Adjustable control arms
I am going to be going from 3 inches to 4.5 inches with coil spacers and some shackles. I have adjustable uppers but my lowers are the fixed ones that came with my 3 inch lift. Will those be ok to run at 4.5 inches or will I need to replace them?
