Default about to lose my mind stressing over upgrades

just want to get all my ducks in a row. cant even discuss suspension. I'm about to blow my brains out trying to decide
I'm going to have enough money to start building over the next 5 months
I need some input on my first couple upgrades. heres my plan

tires:
MT 33/12.5/R15 whatevers
Cragar soft 8's (R15) 1.75" spacers

axles:
ford 8.8 31 spline 4.56 G2 gears and diff cover
HPD30 with new open carrier (with no internals?) and 4.56 G2 gears and diff cover

33 divided by 27=1.22 x 3.55=4.3389
35 divided by 27=1.296 x 3.55=4.601

I want to start with 33's and I will be slightly above stock RPM with 4.56's
if I upgrade to 35's I'll be almost at stock torque exactly. almost correct?

can someone please point out holes in this setup? advice? add something?
also, what assembly kits will I need. I'm trying to put together a budget

then in the future:
c-clip delete and upgraded shafts
drop in locker up front
short shaft

I'm assuming you have a d35 if you are wanting to upgrade to an 8.8 for 33s?

Most states have regulations on how far tires stick out past fender flares. For 33 12.50 15 to clear you would only need 3.75 to 4" of backspaceing. And they are going to stick out a bit like that. Just don't see spending the money on spacers is needed.

There are write ups on doing gears, but it aint easy, and cost a lot just in tools. Most would say to have someone else do it.

no worries I've got a wicked swiss army knife. I know theyre supposed to be calibrated by a machine
what tools do you need? dont you just adjust the shims and line up the teeth? you need a press also correct?

having trouble finding a decent step by step write up

I have never done a regear and do not want to. When searching for info use google. The CF search engine sucks. You'll find all kinds of write ups and tool lists.

I dont like google anymore either. the first 5 things that come up are people on other forums BSing over details. and no one really seems to know what theyre talking about
the rest are websites trying to sell me gears. no worries I'll find one

now. on to suspension
my budget is $2000.00
I really dont want to pass 4.5 for cog purposes. was thinking RK 4.5 LA or clayton LA upgrade and building it on my own
IRO is really tempting because it comes so complete. why do so many people hate on it again?
