My XJ has pretty good springs as it is so I am thinking I could get by with just an aal

i mean clearly new leaf packs are better and will ride better than an AAL but if you have the money every since-able person of here will tell you to buy new leaf packs. They dont ride that great and of course they'll sag but in a year (after a day lol) you'll probably want new leaf packs....

I've had an aal on for about 9 months. No noticeable sagging. The one thing I don't like about it is that my shackle angle is pretty much 90 degrees. I don't know if all aal will do that but mine did.
