Cost will depend on your cost of materials. What will the motor cost? Do you have one already? Does it need anything?
How good of a fabricator are you? Do you have any experience in the motor swap department? Will you have both full vehicles to work with?
If you already have all the parts, materials, and tools all the cost would be is labor...your time.

If you're going to do a diesel swap use a good one. The 6.2 is a turd. It's a converted gas motor and makes less horse power and torque than a 4L and weighs a lot more. Even if you put a turbo on it it's still a turd. I had one in a CUCV and hated it, swapped it for a 350 and felt like it doubled in power. The 6.5 is a little better but not much.
