Default '96 Cherokee Electrical (Trans) problem

Help.. have a '96 Cherokee Sport 4.0L Auto, that has erratic shifting problems.. might be going 60 in OD, and it shifts into 3rd, then when you slow down, it won't shift out of third, so you have to manually shift, 1st, 2nd, 3rd.... (no OD), just exactly like the 10@ fuse under the hood popped..Ive replaced the TCU, ECU, TPS, 3 solenoids in the trans, tested the fuse output to the TCU.. Out of ideas.. have to figure the loss of the 12vdc from that fuse is farther down the line, if you restart after you stop, the trans is normal again, for a while.. so maybe ignition switch or wire to/from? or where ever the 12vdc goes "to" the TCU (how does it get there, what connections, color wire, etc).. if you have a good FSM with "good" electrical drawings, that may help, or if you have experienced or no someone with the same problem, what did they do? thanks..
