I've had this Jeep for a while, and even posted on this site. But, I have delayed doing any modifications to it because I had to regain a sort of financial stability beforehand. I know some of you may understand. Well, so far I've done nothing but repair or replace almost every mechanical problem under her hood. This week I've:

1. Replaced the front brakes completely.
2. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Replaced the fuel pump.
4. Replaced the ignition coil and cables.
5. Replaced the starter.
6. Completely swapped out and redid all the wiring in the dash, as it had all melted together.
7. Got a new oil filter, air filter, etc.

Since she runs very well now, I feel like I'm ready to finally start modding my jeep, but I don't know where to start. I use it a lot to transport my road bike and hiking/camping equipment. So I'm thinking a roof rack for the equipment and a jerry can for just-in-case situations on the trail? Also, I want a small (2 inch) lift for better clearance, any suggestions on where to find a good 2 inch suspension lift? I'll be painting it and blacking out the stock gold rims soon, and if it's lifted I'll put some 30 inch tires and I'll take off the fenders. I would like some armor as I'm in southern california and there are some pretty rocky trails down here. And since I live near a trail where I get people asking for my help to pull them out of mud I would also like a winch. I would just like some of your suggestions and maybe websites where I can find the least expensive products to do the job. Thanks.
