looks like a hodge-podge "built" xj to me the sticker means nothing. look up the vin if you really want.

And my cherokee is the super rare limited edition with a1200hp flux capacitor in it. I kno its that because theres a sticker on it that has the letters fc, that obviously stands for flux capacitor.....

Yours is a 85 huh? So if it was a prototype what was the 84 xj then? Proto-prototype? Maybe they realised when they built yours and called it a zj that it looked identical to the xj... so in 86 they went back to calling them xj's

I can see a newby not knowing if he had a xj or TJ or wj or zj... but when 20 long time jeep enthusiasts tell u its a xj and u argue with them... well you may want to go create a new screen name because you'll never let this down... in fact I may post this link in pirate just for kicks...

Mine came with the letters STI in one of the stamps on the motor. Thus, my motor has to be a 4 cylinder boxer motor with a turbo. Said so on the stamp.

 

I'm going to go write ZR1 on a sticker on mine. That should bump it's value up into the mid $40k's.

Didn't you know that for each CF sticker you have on your XJ you gain 12hp? I thought everyone on here knew that!
