I think 4.5 and 35s is perfect.

Couldn't be happier with my setup:

Youre going to be seriously disappointed when you go to put the back ones on. Opening isnt nearly as large. Without cutting past the pinch welds they won't fit.

I have 2"and 33s and they barely clear at the sides with the rear cut and folded.

Lol, yeah riding on the bumpstops doesn't seem like an effective suspension setup, even with the downtravel. 3" is definately the minimum effective height for 35's without retubbed fenders

are your leaf springs old and sagged or did you go to a dealership and get stock height ones?

Buddy take a look at the second picture I posted. 35s in the back 33s up front still no lift.

something looks a lil wrong with the first picture and second... unless your running a lift and you dont no it... when you go up in tire size your car should be lifted a lil and you have a 35 and a stock tire with stock suspension and it is completely straight.... photoshop unless you have the one jeep that defies the laws of physics and engineering....

the lift gain from the tire is obvious I was refering to a suspension lift sorry for the confusion.
