3" coil spacers vs. 3"springs
I am looking to go up 3" in the spring and I am trying to figure out what setup I want to go with. I was wondering if there is any benefit of full length coil springs over stock springs with 3" spacers. Rusty's 3" coils shipped would cost me Roughly $115. 3" spacers $45 shipped from ebay. I don't want to get a harsh ride since my jeep rarely sees trails. I did some searching but didnt turn up to much. So any info would be great!

Yes... the taller you go, the more you need to raise the spring rate to keep your stability. Spacers on top of stock springs are going to have the same spring rate as the stock springs... full length lift springs are going to have higher spring rates keeping the jeep from having as much body roll (obviously there will still be some... it's a lifted vehicle).
What brand springs do you have and how do they ride? Once I get some extra $$$ I will contact the rough country vendor here and see what they have to offer. Do you know if there is a vendor for rusty's on the forum?
