Default 3.5" Lift CheckList/Plan

I know there alot of threads on this already, but if all goes well, i may be able to purchase my lift by the end of the summer. So here is my plan.

I have spent some time looking at lifts and have decided that i will most likely being going with the Rubicon 3.5" SuperRide with Spring packs set up(http://www.rubiconexpress.com/SuspensionSystems/Product.aspx?part=RE6025). Mostly because i will only be offroading every couple weekends or so and the vehicle is my DD. I also decided on the Rebicon Express lift because, when compared to other lifts, it includes many upgrades which, if i am reading the discriptions correctly, would bring the Rough Country lift up to around the same price anyways (Brake-line extenders, swaybar and brackets). Also decided on spring packs over AAL due to the fact that they tend to sag and why not upgrade if your going to do it.
So the list is follows.
Rubicon 3.5" SuperRide with Spring packs set up (http://www.rubiconexpress.com/SuspensionSystems/Product.aspx?part=RE6025)
SYE if needed.
Larger tires
Change out bushings of front steering components.

The only questions i really have are about the bushings, SYE, and tires. Will 10.50 x 31 tires fit on stock wheels? I havent seen it done or hit anything with searches on it. With an SYE, i am correct to assume that i will most likely need a longer driveshaft or am i miss-reading info or does it depend on the SYE? Finanlly, does anyone know where i can get a complete bushing set for the front end of the XJ?
I will most likely be buying all of this in stages until my winter break from school comes so i will have a nice ~month long break of lift install and bushing replacement.
Thanks for all the help guys.

I sugget not buying from RE directly. I don't know if you were going to or not but here's a good deal. Free DT 3000's or upgrade to Monotubes for $100 more. That would be around $690 for the RE 3.5 Super-ride and some good shocks. This deal beats RC's 4.5 by price and shocks.

Edit: Forgot the link...:

4x4groupbuy is a good site to deal with. i got a good deal on my RE lift through them. needing an SYE depends on the jeep, as im sure you have read every jeep reacts differently to lift. i think you can use a front ds from an XJ but dont quote me on that, and yes it need to be longer. figure out what tcase you have, if it's a 242 you can get a hack n tap. 31 10.50 tires should fit on stock wheels. not sure about bushing kits, try searching online, or try napa.
