Default 3 or 4.5 lift

Im just trying to get some other opinion on goin with 3 or 4.5 in lift my 94 cherokee and if you could post pics of both 3 inch and 4.5

How much lift you want will depend on how big of a tire you want to run.


Google is your friend, there are literally thousands of pics of lifted XJs on the interwebs

Well, then look at some pics and decide which one you like better, or which one you can afford. Doing a 3" will be cheaper and require less parts than a 4"

As soon as you buy the 3", you'll want the 4.5" just my opinion from experience.

about a 4.5-5" with 31's

You can always go with some 3" coils and 3" leafs for now. If you want to go higher later you can add shackles, coil spacers, adjustable track bar etc.

No. Save up and buy a nice 4.5" kit. If you go 3", you'll just want to go bigger later.
